You're not answering the questions that people are asking multiple persons are owning issues downloading PDF files it can be absurd that the question cannot be answered and you simply retain repeating yourself I have a Galaxy s9 and I can not download PDF files but over a Galaxy S7 I don't have any trouble a more recent phone with up-to-date files
